कोलोनोस्कोपी

Colonoscopy में flexible camera scope की मदद से rectum और large intestine यानी colon की अंदरूनी सतह देखी जाती है। इसका उपयोग selected bowel symptoms, bleeding, inflammation, ulcers या polyps की जाँच में किया जा सकता है।

तैयारी

Colonoscopy से पहले colon का साफ होना आवश्यक है। इसके लिए diet modification, clear liquids और bowel-preparation instructions दिए जा सकते हैं। अपने procedure के लिए clinic/doctor द्वारा दी गई specific preparation instructions का पालन करें।
