पेट/आंत से रक्तस्राव (GI Bleeding)
GI bleeding क्या है?
GI bleeding digestive tract के किसी हिस्से से bleeding को कहते हैं। यह acute या chronic हो सकती है और upper GI tract, small bowel या lower GI tract से हो सकती है।
संभावित कारण
कारण bleeding के स्थान के अनुसार बदलते हैं और ulcers, gastritis, varices, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticular disease, hemorrhoids तथा अन्य स्थितियाँ शामिल हो सकती हैं।
जाँच कैसे हो सकती है?
स्थिति के अनुसार evaluation में clinical assessment, blood/stool tests, Endoscopy, Colonoscopy या imaging शामिल हो सकती है। इनमें से कोई भी test हर patient में अपने-आप जरूरी नहीं होता।
