Privacy Notice

Last updated: 23 August 2026

Triveni Superspeciality Clinic respects the privacy of people who use this website or contact the clinic through the website enquiry form.

This notice explains what information the website may collect, why it is used, how it is handled, and how you can contact us about your information.

1. Who is responsible for this website

Triveni Superspeciality Clinic O-64, Doctors Colony, Kankarbagh Patna, Bihar 800020, India

Email: triveniclinicpatna@gmail.com Primary mobile / WhatsApp: 9341126377

For privacy-related questions or requests, email triveniclinicpatna@gmail.com and use Privacy in the subject line where practical.

2. Information you may provide through the enquiry form

The website enquiry form may collect:

  • your name;
  • your mobile number;
  • the type of enquiry;
  • relevant doctor, speciality or service context;
  • an optional message;
  • the language and website page from which the enquiry was submitted.

The form does not provide file upload, prescription/report upload, payment or account-registration functionality.

Please do not include medical information that is not necessary for your enquiry. The website enquiry form is not intended for emergencies or for sending detailed medical records.

3. Why we use enquiry information

We use information submitted through the website to:

  • receive and respond to your enquiry;
  • route the enquiry to the appropriate clinic context;
  • follow up about a consultation, service or general clinic enquiry where appropriate;
  • prevent spam, misuse and repeated automated submissions;
  • maintain the security and reliability of the website and enquiry service.

Submitting the form is a request for Triveni Superspeciality Clinic to use the information you provide for handling that enquiry. It does not confirm an appointment, procedure, diagnosis or emergency assessment.

We do not use website enquiry information for behavioural advertising, and we do not sell website enquiry information.

4. How website enquiries are delivered and handled

The website uses a secure server-side enquiry process. Submitted information is validated before an accepted enquiry is delivered to the clinic's official email workflow.

Website infrastructure and enquiry delivery may involve service providers used for hosting, security and email delivery, including Cloudflare and Resend.

The Website V1 enquiry system does not use a permanent website enquiry database.

Access to received enquiries should be limited to people who need the information for clinic administration, enquiry handling or related care coordination.

5. Analytics and website usage information

The website may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand website usage and improve the site.

Analytics events may include page views and actions such as:

  • Call clicks;
  • WhatsApp clicks;
  • Directions clicks;
  • OPD-link clicks;
  • appointment-request or service-enquiry opens;
  • successful enquiry submission;
  • form submission errors.

The website must not send your name, mobile number, free-form message, diagnosis, laboratory values, medical documents or enquiry reference ID to analytics.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may process technical information such as browser/device information, approximate location derived from network information, and usage information according to Google's services and settings.

Triveni does not use GA4 website-event data for advertising or remarketing in Website V1.

6. Security and anti-spam information

To protect the enquiry service, limited technical information may be processed for security, validation, rate limiting and anti-spam purposes. This can include network/request information and technical signals needed to prevent abuse.

We use measures such as HTTPS, server-side validation, restricted credentials, spam controls and rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we aim to use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the website.

7. Google Maps, WhatsApp and other external services

The Contact page may display an embedded Google Maps map for the clinic location. Loading or using the embedded map may allow Google to receive technical information such as your IP address, device/browser information and cookies or similar identifiers according to Google's own services and privacy practices.

If you use a Directions link, you will leave the Triveni website and open Google Maps.

If you use a WhatsApp link, you will leave the Triveni website and use WhatsApp. Information you send through WhatsApp is handled through WhatsApp and the clinic's WhatsApp account rather than through the website enquiry form.

External services have their own privacy practices and terms.

8. How long we keep website enquiry information

Clinic-controlled website enquiry information is generally retained for up to 12 months for enquiry handling, administrative follow-up and related record management, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or the information becomes part of a separate clinical/medical record.

Medical records created through actual clinical care are separate from the Website V1 enquiry system and may be subject to different retention requirements.

Service providers may retain limited technical, security or delivery records according to their configured service requirements and applicable law.

9. Children and minors

If you are under 18 years of age, please ask a parent or lawful guardian to contact the clinic or submit the website enquiry on your behalf.

The Website V1 enquiry form is not designed to create accounts for children or to collect children's information for marketing.

10. Your privacy requests

You may contact Triveni Superspeciality Clinic to ask about website enquiry information that we control, or to request correction or deletion where appropriate.

A request may be limited where information must be kept for legal, security, fraud-prevention, medical-record or other legitimate record-keeping reasons.

You may also ask us to stop using your website enquiry information for further enquiry follow-up where there is no continuing need to keep using it.

For privacy requests or grievances, contact:

Email: triveniclinicpatna@gmail.com Subject: Privacy

We may need reasonable information to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it.

11. No medical advice through this Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes website data handling. It does not provide medical advice and does not change the clinic's medical-record, confidentiality or professional obligations that may apply when a person receives clinical care.

For urgent or emergency symptoms, do not rely on the website enquiry form.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice when the website, service providers, legal requirements or clinic processes change. The current version will be published on this page with its last-updated date.
